Pat has been with Quantum Services since 1986, prior to which he was with the internal audit department of Wawa, Inc.
“Coming from the c-store industry as the receiver of inventory services helps me to better understand what our clients need and expect,” he said. “That understanding makes it easier for me to guide our service teams in providing great service!”
Pat began his Quantum career in operations responsible for the Northeast. In 1990, he transferred to Columbus, Ohio to oversee the company’s growth and implementation of technology.
For the last 10 years he has filled the role of Vice President of Client Services. During this time, he has been instrumental to developing our Business Review Meeting process, SPOT (Store Procedures and Observation Trends) Reports, Executive Summary of audit reports process and Client Management program. Along with his normal duties, Pat has been involved with and participated in several client transitions from a retail to scan inventory process.
Pat has been married to his high school sweetheart for 39 years. They have two children and two grandchildren. His hobbies and interests include reading, wine tasting, traveling, and of course spoiling his grandchildren.
