Bill’s career in the inventory services business started in 1980 as a part time job working nights and weekends in Longview, Texas for Accurate Inventory and Calculating Service of Texas.
After graduating from Bryan College in Dayton, TN in 1980, Bill went to work for Quantum Services as Division Manager in Montgomery, AL where he built a strong relationship with both Sunshine Jr. Food stores and Cougar Oil. He then transferred to Atlanta to service new accounts. After two years in Atlanta, he was off to Chicago to service Quantum’s first 7-Eleven market. Within three years of that transfer, Quantum Services was providing auditing service to more than 300 locations each month in Chicago alone. From there, Bill continued to perform various operational roles for Quantum before transferring to the corporate office in Columbus in 1986. Since then, Bill has been Regional Manager, Director of Operations, VP of Operations, President and now currently serves as VP of Business Development.
“I love the challenges of working in this business,” Sjoblom said. “Supporting more than 175 employees in thirty-five states and working to meet the needs of a more than 100 clients means that every day is different. Quantum Services is fortunate to have the best people in the business working for us — it makes my job a lot easier!”
